Gipht Orders can easily be accessed from the Shopify Orders page. Gipht orders can be identified by the GIPHT tags that automatically get applied to the order. The Gipht tags include the status of the Gipht order, and are automatically updated trough the Gipht process. For more information about Gipht statuses, see Gipht Order Statuses.
There are two types of Gipht orders the are generated throughout the Gipht process:
The Sender order - this is created when a customer places an order with the Gipht app. This order contains the payment information. There is no action on the part of the merchant to be completed with this order, so it is automatically marked as fulfilled.
On the order details view of the Sender order, there are clean notes that explain that it was created through the Gipht app and the Gipht Order ID number. If the deferred payment setting is enabled, the order will remain in “payment pending” mode until the gift is accepted by the recipient.
The Recipient order - this order is created once the recipient accepts the gift and submits their shipping information. This order is ready to be fulfilled by the merchant!
On the order details page of this type of order, there are clear notes that explain this is a Gipht order that was paid for by the sender order. The screenshot below shows a recipient order that has already been fulfilled.
All Gipht orders can also be viewed from the Merchant Gipht Dashboard.
