The Gipht Merchant Dashboard contains all the information about past and current Gipht orders and analytics. Some key information that can be gathered by viewing this dashboard includes the following:
- Total Orders
- Total Revenue
- Gipht Order details and status (see Order Statuses for more details)
- Gift acceptance rate
- Monthly Trends
- Top gifted products
- Gipht service fees and shipping totals
- And more!
In order to view this dashboard, navigate to the Gipht app settings from within your Shopify admin (see How to Access Gipht App Settings) Then click the “Go to Gipht Dashboard” button in the top right corner.
The dashboard first loads the “Orders” page where you can see details about all Gipht orders. There is a menu to the left where you can switch between the Orders and Analytics views.
There are a few things of note on the Orders view:
- The orders can be filtered in various ways, including by date, status, or multiple/single recipient. You can also search for a particular order using the search functionality.
- The Sender order # corresponds to the order that the sender of the gift placed. The payment is collected on this order.
- The Recipient order # corresponds to the order that is generated once the recipient accepts the gift and submits their shipping address. This is the order to be fulfilled by the merchant.
- This share link is the link that the recipient will need to use to accept their gift. It may be handy for the merchant to have this to help their customer.
