There are 5 different statuses a Gipht order may be in. Here we explain what each status means:

  1. Recipient Pending - A Gipht order is in this status when a sender has sent a gift via the Gipht app, but the recipient has not yet accepted or declined the gift. As a reminder, the recipient has 10 days to accept before the Gipht order expires.
  2. Accepted - This status means the order has been accepted and the recipient has submitted their address! At this point the merchant will receive a “recipient” order to be fulfilled with this shipping address.
  3. Declined - A Gipht order in this status means that the recipient declined the gift. In this scenario, the sender is refunded any charge for their initial order.
  4. Fulfilled - An order in this status means that the order was accepted and the merchant has shipped the order!
  5. Expired - This status means that the recipient did not accept or decline the gift within the 10 day window. In this scenario, the sender is refunded any charge for their initial order.
