Locate the “Use Variable Shipping” section from the list of settings, and click the checkbox.
Variable shipping might be a good option if the single Estimated Shipping fee doesn’t work well for your shop.
If the Variable Shipping setting is enabled, past orders will be scanned for the purchase item and if a shipping cost is available it will be used. If the specific item and shipping cost can not be found in past orders, the average shipping price will be calculated from the last 60 days of orders with shipping costs. If an average shipping price can not be calculated, the fixed price Estimated Shipping Product will be used if enabled.

And that’s it! Your shop is now using Variable Shipping for Gipht orders.
