Gipht allows customers to send bulk orders using only email addresses, phone numbers, or a combination of both! The contents in your cart at initial checkout will be sent to each recipient in your list.

Here’s how to use this functionality.

1. After adding one or more items to your cart, click the Gipht checkout button. Note that it might look different for different shops.

   

   1. From the Gipht checkout page, fill in your information as the sender, and then click the “Multiple Recipients” button.

      

   2. From here, you can either add the recipients manually or use the bulk upload tool.

      1. To enter the recipients manually, simply click the “Add Recipient” button as many times as needed. Use the toggle to switch from using an email address to using a phone number.

         

      2. To bulk upload the recipients, click the “Bulk Upload” option. From here, you can copy/paste the contacts from a spreadsheet OR upload a .csv file that contains the recipients names and email addresses or phone numbers. A sample .csv file is available to download right from the form.

         

      In the following example, three recipients have been inputted. On the Gipht checkout page, the order items and service fees have been multiplied by 3.

      

   After submitting the Gipht form, the customer is taken to the regular Shopify checkout screen to complete payment.

   How can I check which recipients have accepted my gift?

   To do this, you can check the Gipht Order Status page by clicking the “Track My Gift” button form the Gipht Order Confirmation email.
